A group calling itself the Boston Feminists and made up of Pat Gold, Elaine Noble, Kaye Puttock, and Robin Taylor, enter the traditionally all-male downstairs dining room and are seated and served without incident. Noble, however, is unsuccessful in her attempt to discuss the issue of abortion issue with Cardinal John Wright, who is dining at a nearby table.
